Location: The cozy hotel Borovets Hills located among the pine forests of Borovets ski resort. The elegant and modern hotel is also a spa complex and situated only 100 meters away from Yastrebets 3 ski slopes.
Accommodation: Capacity of the hotel is: 63 rooms, of which 16 double rooms with twin beds, 32 double rooms with bedrooms, 6 studios, 6 one-bedroom apartments and 3 two-bedroom luxury apartments with fireplace. Each room is elegantly furnished and offers amenities such as mini bar, safe, cable TV, telephone, internet connection and comfortable bathroom with bathtub.
DOUBLE ROOM 2+1: Approximate area of 30 sq. m. The double rooms have one double bed or two single beds, with the possibility of adding an extra bed. Maximum occupancy of 3 adults.
STUDIO 2+1/2+2: Approximate area of 55 sq. m. Maximum occupancy of 3 adults with 1 child.
APARTMENT 2+2: Approximate area of 55 sq. m. One bedroom with double bed. Living room with sofa bed /. Maximum occupancy of 3 adults with 1 child.
APARTMENT 4+2 LUX: Approximate area of 80 sq. m. Two separate bedrooms with double bed. Individual bathroom in each room. Living room with sofa bed. Maximum occupancy of 5 adults or 4 adults and 2 children.
Very important: It is possible in both types of apartments to put an extra bed /rollaway bed/.

The hotel and its adjoining infrastructure are suitable for accommodating people in wheelchairs.

Capacity is 75 seats and it is equipped with up-to-date audio and video equipment.
